Meditation is the intentional use of powerful techniques – such as mindfulness or focusing on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness and achieve a mentally clear, emotionally calm, and easeful state.

In class together, you will be guided through various meditation techniques, healing sound vibrations, and guided pranayama creating space to slip out of your usual grind and ease into a sense of calming awareness.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is the practice of physical postures with props, blankets & pillows to hold the poses for a longer duration allowing for the release and relaxation of tension in the body and mind. Combining a slower pace, guided visualizations, and pranayama (breathing) techniques activate the parasympathetic nervous system, mitigating the effects of a fight-or-flight stress response that can damage your physiology and well-being. Creating a calming effect comforts your mind and body at the cellular level creating space for it to heal and recover from dis-ease.

In class you'll be guided through an experience of gentle yoga, pranayama (breathing practices), 4-6 restorative poses, guided deep relaxation and healing sound vibrations.

Deep Relaxation

Activate and cleanse your frequency with Deep Relaxation. Deep relaxation is the practice of intentional tensing and releasing of the physical body, body scan, breath awareness, and meditation, gradually guiding the body into a nourishing sense of peace.

In this class you will experience healing sound vibration, chanting, eye movements, self massage, palming, gentle yoga, guided breath work, guided meditation, body scan, visualization and intentional tensing and releasing of muscles.

What is included in this offering?

In this private session, you can expect to complete and discuss an intake form, a verbal assessment, and physical and breath assessments. Gabriella will guide you through gentle movements, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama (breathing practices), guided visualization, meditations, and more! By utilizing the healing modality of Yoga Therapy, you can cultivate inner healing and self-discovery for an easeful, peaceful, present, and practical life.

Each session can be anywhere from 60-120 minutes and occur online or in person. Prices vary depending on location, duration, and chosen add-ons.
